

Stephen Pu's Bio
Stephen Pu is a choral-orchestral conductor, teacher, pianist, and singer. As a performer, has appeared on many notable stages, including Hollywood Bowl, Walt Disney Concert Hall, and most recently, Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall under the auspices of Mid-America Productions. His students have won local, regional, and national awards. Currently, he serves as a General Music Teacher in Anaheim Elementary School District and Artistic Director of Hollywood Master Chorale. He holds a Doctor of Musial Arts degree from Claremont Graduate University and degrees in Music and Physiological Science from UCLA. Dr. Pu hopes to provide all people with the opportunity to experience self-empowerment through making music at the highest caliber, in the world’s most wondrous and musically significant places. He is thankful for the experiences he has had through Mid-America Productions, and he is proud to work alongside them in their shared missions.
