New York, NY - MidAmerica Productions Launches 22nd Season at Carnegie Hall
Featuring Concerts in Isaac Stern Auditorium and Weill Recital Hall.
Peter Tiboris, General Director, Artistic Director and Music Director of MidAmerica Productions announced the company's Fall/Winter 2005-06 season of concerts at Carnegie Hall. Says Mr. Tiboris, "MidAmerica Productions has lined up an outstanding array of artists and ensembles for our 22nd season and I'm am thrilled to present them at Carnegie Hall."
Isaac Stern Auditorium Concerts
MidAmerica Productions has presented more than 350 concerts in Carnegie Hall's Isaac Stern Auditorium. The 2005-06 concert searson will feature some of classical music's most beloved works, including Handel's Messiah, Vivaldi's Gloria and Mozart's Requiem side by side with more contemporary works including Sing for the Cure and Kristopher Jon Anthony's When We No Longer Touch. Keeping with MidAmerica's hallmark, these concerts will feature outstanding choruses from around the world. Renowned conductors including John Rutter lead the programs. Additionally, Benjamin Zander will lead the 10th Annual National Festival Orchestra, a group of outstanding young musicians selected through rigorous auditions from the finest high school and college music programs from across the country.

Weill Recital Hall Concerts
Since 1989, MidAmerica Productions has produced over 200 chamber concerts in Weill Recital Hall, presenting some of the most exciting chamber musicians working today. This season's concerts feature musicians from the New York Philharmonic violinist Helen Armstrong, pianist Eleonor Bindman and the Clavier Trio among many others.

General admission tickets to Weill Recital Hall concerts are $35.
