Thank you so much for making my Carnegie Conducting Debut possible...it was amazing!

My students had a wonderful experience and truly will remember this trip for the rest of their lives.

Take care and hopefully we will work together again in the near future.

Re: Performance in Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center, on March 19, 2012

Thank you for your kind words, I had meant to write you earlier but we are already in the midst of preparing for State Festival with five groups. My students and I loved the MidAmerica experience this year. Everything about the trip was adventurous fun for all of us. Our flight to Dallas was cancelled by the time we had got to the airport but luckily they found a flight to Chicago and a put us up for the night. I think it let the kids decompress from NYC before they hit Searcy AND they got to experience Chicago stuffed pizza. (We had a battle over the best pizza NYC of Chicago- NYC won because I got two votes!). My 9th graders that went want me to do a trip again their senior year instead of waiting till the next year and want to come back to NYC. So keep us on your do call list.

Thank you for all of your help this year and providing me with names to call regarding the wheel chair- it was most helpful. I thought about what this spring season brings for each of you- and while it may get old week after week, you certainly do not show it. For me it was wonderful seeing New York through the eyes of my children and students and a gentle reminder to me to never forget that wonder and the opportunity it affords us to hear the music in such a grand city.

Thanks for your kind words.  Our trip to NYC and performance at Carnegie Hall was one to cherish forever. This was a trip that I did not want to end.  The kids had a blast.  Thanks for all that you did to make our performance and stay such a wonderful experience.

I retired from teaching last year. When I was asked for the highlight of my 32 year career, I answered that seeing my Chamber Choir on the stage of Carnegie Hall performing with John Rutter was unparalled. Mid America made this possible. My thanks and best wishes for another year of making dreams come true for young singers and their directors.

I wasn't sure what to  expect, but I want you and your staff to know that the concert and rehearsal  time far exceeded my expectations.  The time spent with Maestro Rutter  was priceless.  I thank you for giving groups such as our the opportunity  to learn from a living legend!

We definitely look forward to returning  to New York!

Once again, the  fine reputation of professionalism of MidAmerica Productions was not only upheld, but in my opinion, surpassed. You navigated all the groups to perform that day, with  pinpoint timing, wonderful support, flexibility, and I am sure, the ability to calmly and quickly solve any problem that may arise. And you do that seamlessly. Everyone I came into contact with  during these  last months was  friendly, helpful, positive and professional.

A performance at Carnegie Hall is a life changing experience. A tremendous opportunity for students and  conductor alike. And, of course, you have a lot of happy, smiling parents in that  audience. I highly recommend this venture to anyone. Feel free to  give my  e mail address to anyone who is "sitting on the fence" regarding this musical experience.

Again, I cannot thank you enough for giving this conductor a wonderful  way to end a long career with kids.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all of the hard work that went into Holland Chorale's performance Monday evening at Carnegie Hall. The whole experience was truly life-changing for all of us.  What an incredible honor it was to sing on that stage. The audience was delightful and everything....the director-Dr. Paulk, the soloists, the orchestra, the festival chorus....all combined to make a spectacular event!  And of course to be able to sing as a solo group was the icing on the cake. I'm not sure Holland Chorale has ever sounded better!

I cannot say enough about MidAmerica! You are a top-notch organization. You were all so helpful, organized, ready and able to answer any questions that my group had for you, both during the planning period and during our time in New York.

As the Chair of our Travel Committee, it was an honor for me to work with you all and I would love to again have the opportunity to share an event.  Sean, it was a pleasure to meet you in person at rehearsal!

I want to take opportunity to thank all of you for yet another fabulous musical opportunity.  As always, Mid-America provided a wonderful musical experience for my students as well as superlative assistance during our entire residency.

The choir was thrilled to perform again in Carnegie Hall. Friends and family who have joined us on Mid-America concert events before, made a point to come with us again.

Thank you for your ongoing support, assistance and friendship.

I look forward to working with you all in the future.

What an experience it was to have performed at Carnegie Hall. You and your staff were exceptional and thank you for facilitating this for my students and I. It has most definitely boosted my program and will encourage, inspire and bring out the passion in music for future students to come.
