Total costs for all above services and descriptions in this itinerary is 1049 euro. Based on the September 2, 2008 exchange rate of 1.48 - the amount in US dollars is $ 1,553.00 per person based on double occupancy (no air fare included).

The exchange rate for your ensemble of performers and non-performers will become fixed and firm at the time of the FIRST DEPOSIT and the amount of dollars for this program will not change regardless if the dollar weakens or strengthens.

Any departure taxes levied by the US Government after initial deposit and before departure are the responsibility of the performer / non-performers.

Deposit Deadlines

$250 per person on or before December 1, 2008 -
     (final cost set and fixed based on 1,049 euro converted to dollars.)
$500 per person on or before February 1, 2009
$500 per person on or before April 1 2009
Balance due on or before June 1 2009

Note:

1 FREE LAND Package on 25 each paying packages

All deposits are non-refundable, if participant cancellation occurs, therefore, cancellation insurance is recommended. If MidAmerica Productions cancels - All monies will be immediately and completely refunded.

Airfares are the responsibility of the choruses.

If you are a US citizen, a valid passport is required but no visa is required.
If you are NOT a US citizen, please check with your embassy regarding entry requirements to Greece.
